- Local Flutter (Double New England IPA) accompained by a Smoked Pork Slider
- Escape Wheel (Irish Stout) served alongside a Beef Meatball Slider with House Made BBQ Sauce
- Apricot Puckerlemon (American Wild Ale) accompained by a Pork Belly Slider
All the meat is slow smoked over local oak inside Fire & Smoke's Myron Mixon h20 pit. This results in the best taste possible. Pit master Mikey Kay took no short cuts when it comes to those sliders.
